The government's inability to deal with Chin's rebellion caused countless of repercussions, leading to massive losses to the Land of Earth that led its citizens to realize that the monarchy was outdated and did not support the interests of the people. Chin was easily able to conquer the kingdom, except for Ba Sing Se and the Kyoshi peninsula the conflict would only end when Kyoshi, the Avatar of the Nine-Tails, killed him. The most serious of them was the rebellion led by Chin the Conqueror, a warlord from the Land of Rice Fields. Imperilous and out of touch with the lives of the common men and women of his nation, the Earth King was widely unpopular and hated by his people, and his reign was marked by numerous challenges to his rule that shaped the Land of Earth's government. The 46th Earth King ruled the Land of Earth 250 years before the First Hundred Year War. He was hated and unpopular among his people duo to his bad management which led to thousands of deaths by famine and numerous revolts against his leadership, such as the Peasant Uprising of Ba Sing Se. The 46th Earth King was the forty-sixteenth Earth King of the Land of Earth during the War of Chin the Conqueror.
